  • The product is incompatible with the customer's device or system where compatibility information was clearly provided.
  • The issue results from publisher restrictions, account limitations or misuse.
  • The customer simply changes their mind after digital delivery has been completed.

Refund Request Procedure

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

To help us investigate your request, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Screenshots or evidence where applicable.
  • Any error messages received during activation.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the issue with the publisher or digital product supplier.


Investigation Process

Refund requests relating to activation problems may require verification with the product supplier, publisher or distribution partner.

During this process we may temporarily suspend the refund request while awaiting confirmation regarding the activation history or product status.


Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider, card issuer or financial institution and may vary.


Replacement Products

Where appropriate, Keyvixa may provide a replacement activation key or digital product instead of issuing a monetary refund.

Replacement products may be offered where:

  • The supplied key is confirmed to be invalid.
  • The incorrect key was delivered due to our error.
  • The supplier authorises replacement.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Most delivery or activation issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support process.

Where a chargeback is initiated while an investigation is already in progress, processing of the support request may be suspended until the payment dispute has been resolved.


Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and payment systems, refund requests may be subject to identity verification and fraud prevention checks.

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, duplicate claims or violation of our Terms & Conditions.


Consumer Rights
